商品配達期間

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are based on Japan Standard Time and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and public holidays in the destination country, including U.S. federal holidays.

返品期間

Return requests must be made within 30 days after receiving the item. Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may exercise the applicable 14-day right of withdrawal. Opened supplements, food products, cosmetics, and other personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. For approved returns made for the customer’s convenience, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
