Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Osaka, Japan.
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are based on Japan Standard Time and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays.
Shipping Destinations and Carriers
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Depending on the destination and shipping conditions, orders may be shipped by FedEx, DHL, EMS, or another suitable carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and order value and are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Any free-shipping offer will be shown at checkout when the applicable conditions are met.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, and public holidays in Japan or the destination country. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include the order-processing period.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
