Egoma is the Japanese name for Perilla frutescens. This product contains 100% cold-pressed perilla seed oil in convenient, pre-measured single-use sachets.

Each 3 g sachet provides approximately 1.8 g of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a plant-based omega-3 fatty acid.

HOW TO ENJOY
